When you place an order with HMN Outdoors, you are purchasing a product made on-demand through our partner, Printful. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description, price, or other details.
We accept the following payment methods:
All prices listed are in [currency, e.g., USD] and include taxes unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties required by your country.
We ship worldwide through Printful's fulfillment centers. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout, depending on your location and the products ordered. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it's 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color changes. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product with photographic proof, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If an order is returned due to a carrier error or an incorrect shipping address, we will work with you to resolve the issue and reship the order.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, your order will enter the production process and can no longer be canceled once it reaches the "Being Fulfilled" stage. Since our products are made-to-order, once production has begun, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hmnoutdoors@gmail.com to check if cancellation is still an option.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of HMN Outdoors and/or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
HMN Outdoors and our partners (including Printful) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business interruption.
