Return Policy

At HMN Outdoors, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Since our products are made on demand, our return policy is designed to reflect the custom nature of our items. Please read below for detailed information on our return, refund, and exchange policies.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not defective or damaged. Please ensure you review product details, sizes, and colors carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. To report a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hmnoutdoors@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos of the issue (including the product and the packaging)

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Customers may be asked to return the defective product at their own expense.

3. Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Carrier Error

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or a carrier error, we can reship the order once the correct address is provided. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

4. Size and Color Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors unless the item is defective. Please carefully review the size chart and product description before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available only in cases of defective or damaged products. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order enters the fulfillment stage, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us at hmnoutdoors@gmail.com as soon as possible.

7. How to Start a Return or Refund

To begin the return or refund process for a defective product, please email us at hmnoutdoors@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
